Return Policy

Dubai Aroma NZ offers a 7-day Return-to-Base warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover change-of-mind purchases, so please choose your items carefully. The warranty applies only to products with manufacturing defects. Damage caused by liquid, impact, misuse, or any other external factors is not covered.

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories supplied with the product.

Refunds will not be issued if the product has been used or if more than 7 days have passed since the item was delivered.

Where required, we may request your bank account details to process the refund. Otherwise, refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.

Once the returned item has been received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within one billing cycle.
